Piggyback


Sometimes it is easier to motivate yourself to do something you don't want to do- but really need to- when you piggyback or tag this task with one that you already do regularly. Here are some examples: Try completing a task

  • before or after dinner

  • before a scheduled phone conversation

  • before breakfast

  • before going out for the evening or before/after your favorite tv show Piggy back your way to success!
